Format Definition

The creation of a clearly defined and differentiated store format that aptly addresses the needs of the retailer in reaching the Target Group / Audience. Includes the definition of the size and key finishes to efficiently carry all the products planned in the Assortment.

Store Planning / Flow Analysis

This includes the mapping of the three critical movements that need to be addressed - The Customer Cycle, The Stock Cycle and Staff Cycle, and ensuring the maximum efficiency in each and the maximum security. Critically, the Customer Cycle is analyzed to ensure the highest level of Customer Interaction and Touch Points within the store, exposing all the Categories based on the expected shopping (visit) cycle.

Location Analysis and Mapping

Creation of a City-wise and National Network Plan, depending on the established Customer Base mapped by expert Mapping Agencies. Working with the Brand / Marketing Department to arrive at the TG Definition and briefing the Mapping Agency.

Original Store Design

Supporting and guiding the retailer to select the most appropriate Indigenous / International Design Agency, Developing the Brief for the Agency and supervision of the design output, Drawing Management and Documentation.

Design Adaptation

Supporting and guiding the retailer to indigenize the International material specifications, sizing and finishes provided by the International Design Agency or International Joint Venture Partner, and to ensure cost effective execution without compromise on aesthetics and finish quality, while ensuring a standardized and modular design that can be efficiently and rapidly rolled out nationwide.

Fixtures, Fittings, Accessories Design and Vendor Development

Selection from a Manufacturers Catalogue / Original Design of all Shop Fitting elements to address the need of every product planned in the assortment, Vendor Selection, Prototyping, Approvals, Price Negotiations and Quality Audits.

Visual Merchandising

Development of a coordinated Visual Merchandising (VM) Fixture Portfolio that meets the requirements of the Merchandising VM requirements, design of Customer Engagement Points and Non Plano-gram Display Fixtures, incorporation of such touch points in the Store Layout. If support on an ongoing basis is required for Design of standardized Show Windows and Below-The-Line Promotion elements to match the Seasonal / Marketing / Promotional calendar, the same can be provided.

Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing and Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning

Advice on the appropriate technologies / mix of technologies to deliver the highest comfort condition and safety in the stores, while at the same time keeping the Operating Costs to the minimum possible, and addressing the needs of the environment. Selection of Consultants for the same, preparation of a Brief for them, Design Review and Lifetime Cost Analysis, Tendering and Certification.
